Mr. Alluri has done MBA in Marketing from IBAM and has also completed his MA (PPM-HR) from Osmania University in 1998 and out of interest he has also done PGCHRM from XLRI - Jamshedpur in the year 2013-14. Mr. Alluri having more than 25 years experience, he has started his career as a Sales Executive in 1995 and slowly transformed as an HR Strategist by proving himself in various organisations as Branch In-charge, Sr. Executive, Manager-HR, Sr. Manager Recruitments and he has also served as Vice President-HR in a multinational company from 2014 to 2017. Later, he associated with Conqueror Innovations and has been working as HR-Head. 

During his career he has achieved many benchmarks such as Spearheaded a greenfield project of a Non- Ferrous Metal Plant and successfully obtained all permissions, Executed Manpower Planning across the organization based on time and motion study etc..

He has well knowledge in developing & implementing HR policies for effective human resources management and human capital development and also well known in formulating budgets and analyzing variances between projected & actual costs and implementing corrective measures for the organisation. He has hands on experience on implementing HR policies for effective management of human resources and development of human capital. He has very good liaisoning capabilities and have dealt with all government departments pertaining to getting necessary permissions to start a Plant. He has also handled many activities relating to Corporate Social Responsibility.
